6cars | 101 series The vehicles which became the origin of the new performance electric car of the national railway. It was with 6 cars only being left nowadays though it was active for the commuter transport in the big city of Tokyo and Osaka since 1956. |

103 series This series was manufactured as a definitive edition of the national railroad commuter type train in those days in 1964. The acceleration and slowdown of this train were efficient, and the one for some 3000 cars was manufactured by to be cheap cost, and it became the most number in Japan. |

When Nara line electrifies it , there is a part of one remodeled into 105 series from 103-1000 series that it was running in Tokyo, too. |

201 series 201 series was manufactured since 1979 to exchange 101 series that became decrepit. |

50cars | 301 series This series was designed based on 103 series because of the direct service with the JNR and the subway. Only 56 cars were made because a cost was high though it was made as the vehicles of the first aluminum body in the JNR in 1966. |
